A nice occasional flavor

There is a box tucked into my desk drawer now, right next to my spoons. I let the mug cool a little before sipping, since that makes it easier for me to appreciate the flavor. The beet note is pleasantly distinct from the other broths I usually make. I would probably rotate this with another flavor because I enjoy the beet taste most when I have it occasionally. I tend to have plain crackers with it, although I also enjoy the broth by itself when I take a break.

Enjoying it at my preferred strength

I brought a packet into the office on a day when I knew lunch would be simple. I appreciate that the earthy flavor sticks around all the way through the mug. I tried it at two different strengths before finding the amount of water that suits the mugs I own. For me, the best part is having a warm savory cup that I can prepare exactly to my preferred strength. I use a regular spoon from the kitchen drawer and take a moment to stir carefully before the first sip.

My kind of savory beet flavor

I added a box to the cupboard where I keep easy things for busy workdays. The beet character stands out in a way that makes this an enjoyable change. I find it easiest to add water a little at a time and stop when the flavor is where I want it. The whole experience is pleasantly simple, and that is a big part of why it has stayed in my routine. On days when I bring it along, I put a stick beside my lunch container so I will remember it.
