1. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our wellness beverages, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Refunds for eligible issues will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
